Related Conditions

This page displays related phenotypes, diseases and traits with counts of the numbers of reported associations broken down by loci type.

Relationships are established by mapping the names used in assocation reports to ontology terms and reporting conditions with terms in common. Conditions are reported if they match the same ontology term as the query name, or match child terms. For example, querying for 'Hearing loss' also returns assocations to the more specific term 'noise-indced hearing loss'.

The table can be filtered by the ontology term used to link the conditions.
