Regulatory Feature Summary
The regulatory features (ENSR... IDs) are the output of the Ensembl Regulatory Build (Zerbino et al. 2015). They define predicted promoters, enhancers and other sequences involved in gene regulation. This view shows a summary across all the cell lines in the context of genes in the surrounding genomic region. Tarbase, Fantom5 and CRISPR SpCas9 data is also shown by default.
